Reflection 9

This week was the ninth in my quest for improved strength.  Over the course of this week, I continued to work with my new partner.  We tried out a new bench press routine.  It has worked wonders already, my max has already jumped, even though it has been just a week.  I am confident that it will continue to work.  I stuck to the usual for the other muscle groups, as those have been consistently successful.  There is no reason to alter the program if it is working.  As long as I keep at it, my time in the gym will be worthwhile.
