Reflection 7

This week I made some good steps forwards to my goal of dunking. I continued working at home on increasing my leg strength, and with winter soccer starting up and basketball I may be able to increase my leg strength simply by actively playing a lot of sports. Anyways, this weekend I tested my dunking ability at the local park and I was painfully close to dunking. I have a feeling achievement of my goal is right around the corner. This week the focus also shifted a little from leg workouts to strengthening my fingers, so I can be able to palm a basketball. I'm still learning what excersizes work and which ones don't, so hopefully I can get that down soon. All in all, it was a very successful week yet again.
