Reflection #8

This week I searched for a new song. I went on a youtube account that had tons of video tutorials for playing songs on the piano. I spent pretty much the entire 20% time in class looking for a new song that would be easier to play, but I didn't find one that was really convincing. I practiced "Someone Like You" a few times and also played some beginner songs. I decided to reach out to a friend who plays piano (very well) for some recommendations for easier songs to play. She recommended "When I Die Young" because it was fairly simple but it had more parts to it than "Someone Like You". Today I practiced the first page (out of five) and I really enjoyed it, so my plan is to have played the entire song through by next week.
