I didn't make much progress this week because I was away on a mini vacation with my mother, so I was not able to cook anything. But, i did manage to watch a couple of cooking videos on possible dishes I could attempt in the near future. I am still attempting to enhance my knife skills and be able to know how to cook a dish thoroughly and deliciously.
