This Saturday morning, I met my goal of running five laps at my home town high school's gravel. I have posted my times for each lap which is useful because I can compare them to the first time I ran the gravel. Total time was: 35:35 minutes.
Lap 1: 6:54 min; Lap 2: 6:45 min; Lap 3: 7:29 min; Lap 4: 7:53 min; Lap 5: 6:35 min.
This run took longer than the first run I have recorded. It was very windy and made it hard to breathe. I struggle during the third and fourth lap but was able to finish strong. I plan to go on at least 2 of these runs during the week and record my times.

This website includes breakfast, lunch and dinner recipes with options for those on a vegetarian diet. I do eat poultry and meats but it is good to know how to get sources of protein from plant based products such as tofu and vegetables. This week I am going to attempt to cook vegetables, cous cous and tofu as one meal! I hope to share it with my family and go on two 30 minute runs this week.
