
This week, I decided to make myself a bacon and avocado grilled cheese sandwich. I started off by taking 2 slices of bacon and frying them in a pan of olive oil until thoroughly cooked. As the bacon cooks, put 2 slices of bread in a toaster oven and let toast until it turns golden brown then flip both slices to the other side, adding on one slice of cheese on one of the slices of bread. When the cheese has melted on the one slice and the other slice is golden brown, take out of the oven and place on a plate. Take the cooked bacon and cut it into 4 pieces and place it on the bread slices. Then take a medium sized avocado and cut 3 (or more, your preference) slices while also peeling off the skin and placing it on your sandwich. Cover it with the other bread slice and enjoy.
