Reflection 8

This week was once again a successful one on my way to dunking a basketball. I continued my workouts at home, which have shifted more to increasing the strength of my fingers, which is not easy. When I tried dunking this week I was as close as ever, it is just the fact that I cannot yet palm a basketball that is holding me back. Hopefully I can fix this issue and reach my goal in the coming weeks. Basketball season starts tomorrow, which will get me back in shape and get my lower body stronger from daily practices, which will add up. Overall, everything is going well, and it continues to be a lot of fun.
