Reflection 9
In terms of running, this week was unproductive due to the Holiday season. It was a pretty hectic week with guests at the house and Thanksgiving so I was unable to go on my runs. I didn't fall off my diet although I did have a few cups of coffee. I continued with my squats, calf raises and planks though. I also did a few sets of pull ups. For this upcoming week, I want to focus on getting back into my runs and doing ab workouts for a stronger core. I also need to do some weight training. I need to transition into warmer attire now due to the weather change so I think I need to invest in some water resistant and heat-retaining gloves. I don't want all my hard work to go to waste during the holiday season so I need to maintain a strict enough diet over the next couple of weeks as well (I don't want to splurge on sweets too much because of being too strict though so I will try to follow good meal plans I find online).
