This week was the fifth in my strength training journey. I was only able to get to the gym three times, as I had a lot of school work to do. However, this week was certainly a positive one. My shoulder is feeling much better, so I was able to get back to regular workout routine. Previously, I was unable to workout my chest or shoulders because of the injury, yet now I can. I am confident that my path will be much smoother now, and hopefully there will not be any more of these roadblocks.
