Reflection 4
This week I made some nice improvements on my way to dunking a basketball. My legs have been sore all week, a good sign that my workouts have been doing their job. As for the workout itself, I have added and subtracted certain exercises based on how well I believe they are working. The goal here is to have the best, most rigorous exercises to challenge me and make my legs stronger. I got outside Sunday to record myself attempting to dunk and a standing vertical leap as a comparison for previous weeks, I also made a slight change, in which I changed basketball hoops due to the fact that my driveway hoop was dangerous to try and dunk on because of the garage close by, All in all I have been making great progress and I feel like I will be able to finally dunk in the coming 5-10 weeks.
