Reflection 2





This week, I decided to make pancakes for breakfast. The ingredients that I used make this were butter, canola oil, eggs, pancake mix, and water. To make this, you will first need to take a cast iron skillet and heat over medium-high heat. Afterwards, add a fourth cup of pancake mix, depending on how many pancakes you want; egg, and water into a bowl. Lower heat and grease the now hot skillet with butter and add in the batter. Cook until the edges dry, then flip and cook on golden brown. Enjoy!
