Reflection 2

This week I continued on my journey towards dunking a basketball on a 10 foot hoop. To begin the week, I did a good leg workout on Monday and again on Thursday. Over the weekend I did another leg workout and some sprints at a local park. The workouts this week were a little longer then last week because I have added some new exercises. I also plan to work on getting my grip stronger so I can palm a basketball. This will make it easier to dunk. Overall it was a successful week of workouts and I plan to test my vertical as a comparison in the next couple of days.
