Reflection 1

This week I started on my goal to be able to dunk a basketball on a 10 foot hoop. Most of my work done this week was researching on how to increase my vertical leap. I have a good idea of what my training will be, and I have just started doing it over this weekend. I have jumped rope, gone to the gym for a leg workout and practiced my jumping form in my backyard. I plan to video tape myself trying to dunk soon as a comparison for later on.
