Reflection 1
This week I began my strength training journey. Over the course of the week I was able to get to the gym 4 times on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. Two of these days I went during co-curricular, while the other two I went after school. I would have liked to have gone a couple more times, but it is tough balancing this with soccer practice after school and homework that I have to do. As for the actual workouts themselves, I trained chest and triceps twice, legs once, and back and biceps once. It was a very successful week, as I hit a new personal best in the squat. Hopefully, these milestones will continue throughout the entirety of the journey.
