reflection 4

This week I continued with my pull-ups, squats, planks, and calf raises. I have started to run 3 miles now with no problems. The stretches have helped with my ankle and to warm up my muscles. I also wear an ankle brace to keep my ankle comfortable. I continue to read Runners World posts to stay informed and find new ways to keep running interesting. Eventually, I want to follow their Beginners 10k Plan. It is a five day plan that involves different mileage each day to help prepare for a 10k. I want to reach the 4 mile mark before I begin this procedure. I have also researched breathing tips, other (more interesting) diet plans so my taste buds don't get bored, and the myths and misunderstandings of muscle cramps. I feel like I am getting somewhere with my goal and in terms of diet and exercise, a lot healthier.
