Reflection 5
I was not at school this week and wasn't able to be in class for 20% time. Fortunately, I found time to exercise and stretch. On tuesday, I went for a run and was able to run for 2.5 miles in 35 minutes. It was a nice run and afterwards I sat outside and stretched. On thursday, my dad and I went for a run together. We went to a nearby mountain. The first mile had a high incline and was difficult to run without stopping. I stopped but continued to lunge up the hill. My dad on the other hand is a huge motivation to me because he did not stop once. He has trained for years and built up stamina. We ran 4.2 miles in 56 minutes. We plan to this run once a week. For next week, I plan on using the websites I discovered to exercise and try to run even longer! Having a partner to exercise with is a good motivation and also helpful to keep you on track.
