Reflection 3
I have been working on my flexibility. When I stretch, I hold my body in a comfortable position and gradually push the stretch. I try to not over flex. I hold the stretch for at least 30 seconds. I focus on my breathing. It is important to breathe steadily and relax your body when doing these stretches. Sometimes I hold my breathe during straining workouts so really want to improve my breathing. This week I will go for an 45- 50 minute run. I am going to pace myself. Since i'm setting my goals for this week, I want to work on a college application. I hope I am motivated by this post.
