Reflection 3

This week, I decided to move away from breakfast foods and decided to make cheesy macaroni. The first thing you need to do is take a pot and fill it half way with water (add less water if there are less people) and set on the stove to boil. After 1 to 3 minutes have passed, add in 2 capfuls of oil and 2 1/2 tablespoons of salt, then let boil. When the water has started to boil, add in the macaroni and let cook for about 5 minutes. When times is up, add in a tablespoon of butter and stir until it had completely dissolved into the macaroni. Then add desired amount of cheese/ cheese sauce and continue to stir until evenly distributed. Season it with your preference and taste to see if yummy (if not, keep seasoning!). Let cook on low heat an serve.

  4. Oh how I used to love macaroni and cheese! I don't anymore since I don't eat pasta but I would highly recommend using REAL butter and try different cheeses.

  6. Mac and cheese be legit. Try using real butter and adding more things to it like bacon or some other meat. Buffalo chicken mac and cheese is my favorite.
