Reflection 3

This week, I was able to get to the gym three times.  I was going to go again yesterday but I had a project to work on.  Over the past week my shoulder has improved, yet is not at 100%.  I did some exercises with it with minimal pain, but had to use lighter weights than usual.  In the meantime, I have focused most of my workouts on my legs, since I am not quite where I need in regards to my shoulder.  I have spoken with personal trainers at the gym I go to about the best course of action, and they have guided me in the right direction to a quick and full recovery.  By next week, it should be back to normal and I will be able to get back on track.
