Reflection 2


This week was my second in my journey for improved strength and fitness.  I only got to the gym twice this week however.  I have been having rotator cuff issues, which makes things like bench pressing and virtually every other upper body exercise painful.  I am going to have to rest it for a bit, and if it does not get better I may need to see a physical therapist about the issue.  In the meantime, I will do whatever workouts I can do that will further the injury.  Even though, my week was not as productive as I would have liked, I have in fact made strength gains since starting this mission.  Once I feel better, these will come at an even faster rate.
