Final Reflection

Wow, what a semester. I want to thank Ms. Roy for allowing us this opportunity to just really be inspired by the things that we love. I have come a long way and, personally, this adventure has been one that I've learned a lot from. I've learned about myself, music, and life in general. Some things that I have learned - things come with practice. You can't just expect to wake up in the morning and know how to strum. I'm no Led Zeppelin, I'm not a guitar prodigy at all. Me and my guitar have been through some serious ups and downs throughout these months. I've come out of this journey stronger and I'm sure "he" has too. I've gathered such a love for music, and I'm so happy that I now have the ability to share my life with others through such a cool acoustic medium. Although I am still struggling, and really only know how to play one song and a variety of broken ones, I know that I have the tools to really delve into the musical world which is something that I wouldn't think was possible a few months ago. So, this has been such a learning experience for me, and I'm so happy to reap the rewards. It's been a great 20% time, can't wait to do it all over again with something new.
