Reflection14

This week I sprained my knee on Monday or Tuesday, and that put me out of my routines for a few days. I have been having a lot of pain in my lower body recently, probably due to basketball, which has been making weight training and jumping difficult. Hopefully it doesn't snow so I can hopefully dunk at a nearby park on the weekend when I have time. Overall it is becoming more and more difficult to find time when I'm feeling 100%, which hasn't happened in quite some time.
