Reflection 13

I had a very productive winter break. After Christmas, I went to the gym every morning and ran about 3.5 to 4 miles every day. I also did pull ups, walking lunges, and leg raises. I worked out my chest and arms, as well. I noticed how much my runs have improved since building my strength up. I can run the same distance, but faster, and with less strain on my muscles.

I kept a good diet during my break. I got a good amount of protein in from eating grilled chicken and hard-boiled eggs. I enjoyed many salads, avocados, salmon burgers, veggie burgers, sushi, and veggies. I feel more energized and my water intake has gone up. I also drank a lot of tea to cleanse my body of toxins.

One thing I need to work on is making time for my stretches. I think I am going to start up with yoga again to help with my flexibility.
