Reflection 14

This week was hard in terms of changing my workout/running schedule. Over the break, I adjusted to a early morning schedule, but this week, school is back in session and I am not a morning person. Monday, I went to the gym before school, ran, and did strength training. Tuesday, Wednesday, and today I focused on my legs by doing squats and calf raises. Tomorrow, I am going on a run during co and will probably do pull-ups. I don't want to lose the progress that I gained over break because I was really consistent with my routine.

Today, during 20% time, I found an interesting article on core strengthening with exercises to do to build a strong core and I want to give that a try. I am starting to come up with ways to present my 20% time, as well and I am looking forward to showing my progression to the class.
