Over the break, I went to the gym only three days. Considering the amount of days we have been off, I did very little. I simply was not motivated during the holiday season. I spent most of my days sleeping and lounging around the house, figuring that I would do it tomorrow. On the days that I did go, my sessions were not at the intensity level they need to be. Now that school is back in session, I am confident I will get back to my regular workouts.
