Reflection 15
This week I ran about 4 times for 15 minutes. I worked out my upper body (pull ups, chest, back), did squats, and dead lifts. I've been working on my presentation mostly and taking pictures while working out to adequately display my workouts. While constructing my presentation, I realized throughout my 20% time that I enjoyed all aspects of staying fit, not just trying to complete a 10k so that is what I will be discussing in my presentation.
