Reflection 13

This weekend I decided to help my mom make a traditional Haitian dish called "Macaroni au gratin".  Bring a large pot of water to boil over high eat with one capful of oil and a bit of salt, then add in the macaroni and let cook until soft and firm. Add in onions the Maggi chicken broth cubes. Reduce heat and stir continuously. Add in the Velveeta  cheese and stir until it's melted. Add in butter and  Parmesan cheese and keep stirring. Pour in carnation milk and stir. When cooked, removed from heat and add to a buttered pan. Preheat oven to  300 degrees , then place under the stove and let cook for 1 hr and 20 minutes.
