When I first started this project, I had huge ambitions. I thought back to last summer and the disaster of my “Jimmy Jam” game with my friends. It was a game project that my friends and I came up with, but I ending up doing all the work even though I didn't know much about coding or game development. I decided to learn to code because it can get me a nice job in the future. We had ample time to learn a skill and yet I still feel I never accomplished my goal. Though I came out with a finished product, through development and learning, many things have to be removed because they never worked properly. I had to learn how to make trade-offs with all of the things that didn't make the final cut. Also, coding requires a lot of patience, I was frustrated many times trying to get things to work. I'm going to continue to further my skill in coding later in the school year. I could've had more planning in this project but it was a fun project and I learned a lot with it. I hope I can do it again sometime.
