Week 1

I reached my goal for this week which was to see where my level of strength is at currently.  During my gym class I did exercises and ran. I recorded my starting point for these exercises.
20 decline crunches, 40 squats, 10 push ups. I ran 1 mile in 10 min.: 30 sec. My most recent recording of my 5 mile run took me over an hour.
I also set goals for my self for the week coming. During my 20% Time I wrote down my starting points in a notebook I got just to use for working out. I also increased the repetitions to the three exercises above. My goal is do two sets of each exercise with the increased amount of reps. I hope to run a mile in ten minutes and 20 seconds. I hope to run five miles over the next 3 weeks in about 50 minutes to an hour. I set these goals and I hope to reach them in about a week or two.
From there, I am going to make reason adjustments to my goals and hopefully meet my goal that I have for the whole project. I have an exercise log I will keep with me to record my progress throughout the semester. I will use that to base the goals I set for the upcoming weeks.
