1. Draft a constitution
a. Find out what needs to be covered in a constitution
b. Decide what idealistic, philosophical Ideas That I want to promote.
c. Learn what the formal style for writing it is
2. Create a web sight
a. Look at other micro nation web sights, see how they are designed.
b. Use knowledge of HTML CSS and Java Script, to build the web sight.
3. Find Citizens
a. Do more research on how people get citizens
b. Talk to friends and family
c. create fliers "It wont hurt"
4. collect new ideas from citizens, implement them
