Reflection 12

So I have been sticking to my new training program! I devoloped a system to be organized and get my running done no excuses. I set up a schedule for this week on a white board I have and keep it in my room. I set my running duties and I make sure I am prepared for the day. This week I ran 2 times and walked on friday.  I got my mom to run with me too! It was raining so I did 50 squats on Thursday. I still havent made my tofu stir fried meal and I will set a goal to make it next week. Next week I will run three times and walk once and work on one legged squats.
