Reflection 11

I haven't increased my mileage for a while, but I might go up to 4 miles this week. My body has been very sore these past few weeks from my runs, planks, squats, calf raises, and pull ups. I don't want to get off track with the holiday season coming up so I want to find healthy, but tasty recipes so I don't indulge in cookies and other Holiday sweets. I also want to run more frequently because although I've been running at least 3 times a week, I want to make it to about 5-6 times a week. Hopefully, I will see more improvements after I start making these changes.
