Reflection 10
I've been continuing with my runs and strength exercises. Today, I finished with the month-long squat challenge. I think I will continue to do another challenge this month as well because it made a huge difference in my leg muscle. Yesterday, I did unassisted pull-ups and an ab workout. A trainer also showed me stretches to do and my muscles felt looser and less sore after my workout. I haven't stretched as much as I should so I may continue to use those beneficial stretches. I've also continue with 2 minute planks and calf raises. My one weakness is strictness of diet because I don't always wake up early enough to make my lunches and I end up buying unhealthy school lunches. Other than that, I think I've been making a lot of progress.
