Reflection 12

I wasn't able to do much this week beside researching how to enhance my creations with different herbs and spices, depending on the dish I am making. I also learned about eating foods in season and how to store them in order to preserve their taste and quality, which is a great way to eat healthier. Other healthy cooking tips I learned were to swap out unhealthy ingredients such as butter and sugar for healthier options such as coconut butter and honey.
